Conflict of Interest Policy
For the Board, the purpose of identifying potential conflicts of interest in colleges is aimed at ensuring the integrity, fairness and credibility of the ACT senior secondary assessment and certification system. For more information please see the BSSS Conflict of Interest Policy (46 kb)
Staff who knowingly have a potential conflict of interest related to assessment of students in years 11 and 12 complete a BSSS Conflict of Interest Declaration Form (205.5 kb)
